From July 3-6, 2024, members of Telos and FIASO visited Barcelona to establish international partnerships and explore strategies for implementing VBHC at both the institutional and operational levels.

The launch of the VBHC Italian Center was marked by the inaugural Value Vision Workshop. This event offered a significant platform for key stakeholders to share valuable insights and perspectives on the vision for VBHC development. The discussions and contributions gathered during the workshop will help shape the guidelines that will steer the activities of the first Summit, scheduled for September 26th

During the Lean Healthcare Award 2024 ceremony, the White Paper Value-Based Healthcare: Challenges and Opportunities for the Italian Healthcare System was presented. This event provided a valuable opportunity to share the outcomes of the VBHC Italian Center’s initial efforts with key stakeholders in the Italian healthcare ecosystem, as well as to outline a strategic roadmap for the practical implementation of a Value-Based Healthcare model in Italy.
